Dale and Sue Miers designed the Heartland Quilting Frame to meet the needs of today's quilters. The frame needed to be user-friendly, easy to store, ergonomically correct, require minimum space and give beautiful results.
Handcrafted from solid oak, the Frame is a beautiful addition to your home as well as a quality tool. The frame holds the quilt tight enough to keep the backing from puckering or moving and loose enough to allow for the rocking motion of the needle which ensures beautiful even stitches. The Heartland Frame will never stretch or tear your quilt top.
Although the Heartland Quilting Frame takes up no more space than a small table, you can use it to quilt any size quilt. One person can easily set up the frame, put a quilt in it and take the frame down; yet there is room enough for two people to quilt.
The Heartland Frame comes fully assembled with complete instructions. It is the only frame you need to complete your quilting project. You will learn how to put a project in the frame without basting and how to use the frame to quilt the borders of the quilt.
